4. Translation & presentation. We prepare a report for you with the data, trends, and actionable recommendations to inform your communications and engagement strategies. We present this to you in an interactive workshop so your team can learn the methods and insights, and bounce off ideas in real time.

5. Evaluation and follow-up. We will check in with you to see if your new insights are yielding results, and remain available to your team to help tweak your responses or delve into new questions.
