I thrive on diverse projects, and my alter-ego runs grant programmes and an education accelerator with Theirworld. As a former British diplomat I focus on global issues and the Sustainable Development Goals. I am an active Trustee of two nonprofits aiding refugees to access remote work, and supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
Project Manager
I am a multi-talented Content Developer, Social Media Manager, and Executive Assistant with a keen interest in diverse challenges. My expertise spans languages, humanities, art, and project management practices, especially in socioeconomic and communication fields. With a growth mindset, I excel in data research, strategic planning, reporting, and content creation.
Director
I’m an award-winning PR, storyteller and former creative agency leader, with 25+ years' media and multi-sector expertise in reputation management and campaign delivery that empower young people and give a voice on the issues that matter. I enjoy public affairs and working to influence policy, recently working closely with the UK’s Department for Levelling Up and Department for Health on the UK government’s regional Investment Zone and National Hospital Building programmes. Coming originally from a deprived socio-economic background, I care passionately that every young person should have the opportunity to achieve their potential; a value that has informed my career and the work I do.
Marketing & Communications Professional
During my career I have enjoyed leading marketing and PR campaigns successfully, writing press releases and newsletters, and creating content for websites, social media pages, and print. I have worked in different sectors, including entertainment and education, and in different types of organisations in the private and nonprofit sectors, which helped me gain a wide experience.
Data Specialist
I'm a data-driven marketer with a specific background in search marketing across SEO and PPC. I've assisted dozens of clients across more than a decade in the field, supporting local businesses, global companies, and charitable organisations across hundreds of successful projects and campaigns.
Communications and Advocacy Specialist
I have nine years of experience in strategic advocacy and communication within the nonprofit sector. My expertise spans website development, email marketing, social media, and crafting successful advocacy strategies. I've led global advocacy campaigns on Early Childhood Development, governance, and education financing, among others, and played a key role in projects across 45 African countries. My analytical skills and strategic thinking enable me to craft narratives that drive meaningful change.
Social Media Strategist
I've worked in digital marketing for the past decade, and now I use my corporate experience to support charities and NGOs globally with their digital marketing strategies, with a special focus on social media. I have an eye for creative content and a knack for identifying trends in analytics, which I use to craft expert social media plans. When I'm not glued to my laptop, you can usually find me with my head in a book or in the mosh pit at a metal gig.
Copywriter
I'm an experienced copywriter with a deep enthusiasm for algorithms and digital marketing data. Skilled in storytelling with a strategic approach, I craft creative copy while keeping a close eye on the keywords. My philosophy? Less is always more. I've worked with clients worldwide, from Malaysia to South Africa, and in a wide range of industries, including music and sustainability.
Designer
My passion lies in branding, marrying typography, storytelling, and people connections. From being praised for my handwriting in school to creating fonts like “Ginie,” my journey led me to discover the joy of helping others. Launching “Tanbourit Olive Oil” to support my village's olive oil producers ignited my love for branding, further intertwining my skills in typography and human connection.
Image, Brand and Public Relations Consultant
I am a consultant specializing in Image, Brand, Public Relations, and Communication, with a diverse background in the fashion industry. My expertise lies in regional Arabic media, spanning TV, print, and online platforms. Immersed in fashion, I'm also an advocate for human rights, animal welfare, women empowerment, and environmental causes. By bridging the fashion world with social activism, I leverage my extensive networks to promote charitable causes, facilitate brand partnerships, and develop comprehensive commercial, media, and PR strategies.
Convened as required
Our Youth Advisory Panel is a group of talented young people who review and critique our work on various projects. Young people are selected for each project through a customised process to match the project's needs with Advisory Panel members' skills, interests and experience. As well as adding youth perspectives to our work and our clients' strategies, the panel members also gain valuable experience and are compensated financially for their time and insights.
PR & Media Coordinator
I'm a dedicated and passionate colleague building experience across public relations, digital media, branding, and marketing. I've collaborated with both national and multinational organisations in education, agriculture, corporate PR, internal communications, advocacy, finance, and technology. I hold a Master’s from the University of Leicester and am an enthusiastic film lover and amateur watercolor painter.

The core AMS team is complemented by an extensive roster of vetted, trusted consultants from all over the world. The roster is constantly updated. At the last count we were 80% women, 50% Global South based, and 15% refugees. In 2023 we were delighted to engage over 30 consultants from this roster - offering diverse talent to our clients' challenges, and creating digital remote livelihoods for excellent team members.
