How we strive to be an ethical, sustainable and inclusive organisation

How we create impact

Our impact hypothesis is that by fostering diverse and underrepresented talent, we can provide impactful communications work that will elevate both the team members involved, and the end client we work with.

In our latest impact report (available on request) we identified two key areas where our unique approaches made a difference.

Impact Area 1: Making the internet a better place. We are spreading positive and affirming messages by raising the voices of nonprofits and social enterprises on social media. Our web content development, data-driven strategies and media agency also help tell important stories, playing a part in shaping the information environment for everyone’s wellbeing and understanding of diverse perspectives.

 

Impact Area 2: Empowering ourselves and others. We seek to continually learn, and to share our skills with our community – through training and coaching (for our team, and as a service to clients), industry leadership as a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, and our Social Studio Apprenticeship programme which fosters underrepresented young talent.
