This is a new take on how to fundraise as a nonprofit, and covers all the areas you need to focus on BEFORE even thinking about your social media and external comms! I work in communications with nonprofits and I agree that when it comes to fundraising, what’s ‘under the bonnet’ is much more important than the dressing you put on it for external use. Kevin goes into this in detail, taking you through a number of simple steps to ensure that the engine of your nonprofit is working well – before you take time trying to engage funders. I am looking forward to seeing what results this approach leads to and I think this book will be useful for all nonprofit founders, leaders and staff.
